The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology’s premier convention - AIFST24 - is being held 6-7th August at the ICC in Sydney.

This year’s theme is Food Science – Navigating Our Future.

Over two days, the convention will feature over 50 scientific and food industry speakers from across the agri-food sector. Key areas covered will include food safety, advances in health and nutrition, sensory and consumer science, food security and resilience, advanced food manufacturing, AI, food policy & regulation, innovation, and sustainability.
