Returning your equipment for service/repair to LabCo Scientific is easy. Simply follow these steps:

Step 1

Call us on 1800 052 226 to see if we can help you solve your problem (optional).

Step 2

Complete the Online Service / Repair Form and wait for Step 3.

Step 3

Our Customer Service Team will contact you to either; discuss your issue further, or provide you with a Return Authority.

Note: The Return Authority needs to be returned with the item.

Step 4

Send your item to:
