Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced warehouse expert.

Location:

• Brendale, QLD 4500

Work Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am to 4:45pm
• Friday's 8:00am to 4:00pm

Your day to day duties will include, but will not be confied to:

• General Operations
  • Picks, packs and invoices stock for shipment;
  • Prints labels and connotes to adhere to cartons;
  • Ensures the right orders go to the right carrier;
  • Unloads containers and puts in the allocated bays;
  • Rotates stock;
  • Wraps pallets to ensure sealing;
  • Checks orders for accuracy;
  • Prioritises orders according to transit timetable and customer expectations.
• Stock Take
  • Supports stock take process by moving stock, recording and couting as required;
  • Checks for discrepancies, expiry date audits and damages.
• Workplace Health and Safety
  • Ensures all personal protective equipment is used correctly;
  • Reports and acts upon safety or hazardous risks;
  • Ensures compliance with WHS legislation;
  • Housekeeping.

  • Supports initatives to create a highly engaged, high performing culture in line with the company values;
  • Is visibly living the values and behaviours that drive the business;
  • Creates a culture of accountability by striving to meet performance metrics, goals and KPI's.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstratable experience in general warehousing. You will have a passion for delivering on customer expectations and be a quick learner.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive “can-do” attitude to join our team, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. This role requires someone who values teamwork and can effectively collaborate as part of a cohesive group.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be physically fit to perform the duties associated with this position. Possessing current driver’s and forklift licenses is essential, while basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft programs, will be considered favorable.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this position. Reliability is key, as is a solid understanding of modern warehousing practices and methods. The successful applicant will have demonstrated the ability to complete tasks consistently according to established procedures.

Organisational and time management skills are vital, along with a high attention to detail. The role demands the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively while promoting quality and accuracy in all tasks undertaken. A commitment to working in a safe and responsible manner is essential.
